Tencent Finance learned from a source familiar with the matter that a document retrieved by the Shanghai Junior High Court, Zheyiyuan, on June 26, 2017, revealed that China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. Shanghai Chuanbei Branch applied for full property protection against the Shanghai Junior High Court on June 26, 2017. The application was ruled by the court to be legally binding.
